Guidelines for the presenters of a poster presentation

Please bring along a printed copy of your poster (max. A0 format, in portrait orientation,
84.1 cm width x 118.9 cm height). There will be no opportunity to print your poster at the conference site.

Please attach your poster to a poster board at the designated place: the poster board number will correspond to the number assigned to your poster in the final programme. We will provide push pins to attach your poster to the poster board.

Guidelines for the presenters of an oral presentation

We kindly ask all presenters of an oral presentation to prepare a PowerPoint presentation in a widescreen format (16:9), with a duration of 20-25 minutes for invited talks (with additional 5 minutes for discussion) and 10 minutes for short talks (with additional 5 minutes for discussion).

Please bring your presentation on a USB stick or please bring your own laptop. If more than 3 presenters in a session, we may ask the presenters of short talks to upload their presentations on the laptop in the conference room (Hahn Lecture Hall).

Please upload your presentation 15 minutes prior to the session on the laptop in the lecture hall or connect your own laptop. A technician will be around to assist you.

We cannot guarantee compatibility between another presentation format and the laptop in the lecture hall. We ask presenters that intend to bring their own format to notify the session leader in advance and bring their own laptop and adapter cable.

We will provide a wireless presentation pointer, but the presenters could bring their own pointer if they prefer to use it.
