The upcoming two-day career workshop for SPP 1879 funded PhD students is going to take place in Berlin and will be conducted by Dr. Philipp Gramlich, co-founder and owner of NaturalScience.Careers
The workshop combines the topics “PhD, and next?” and job application strategies and skills for scientists.
The group of the SPP 1879 PI Natalia Tschowri at the Institute of Microbiology invites applications for the position of a Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) in the ERC-funded project “SecMessFunctions” (Salary Scale 13 TV-L “FwN”, 100 %) starting as soon as possible. The position is limited to 3 years.
The successful candidate will explore second messengers and regulatory pathways controlling cell differentiation in Streptomyces bacteria.

Our SPP 1879 Managing Coordinator Mihaela Pruteanu is the new EU-ITN Network Manager of the EU-funded collaborative research and training network (Marie Sklodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network) “PEP-NET: Predictive Epigenetics”.
